Yes. After 12 years of declaring Dividend, the Unclaimed Dividend is returned to the client company and can no longer be processed by the Registrar. This is in line with the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) rules on Statute Barred Dividends

  • This is the process of converting your hard copy Share Certificate and other Securities into digital or electronic Form.
  • Go to the ‘Download’ section on our website and click to open it
  • Download and print the Full Dematerialization Form
  • Fill the Form, attach the required supporting documents.
  • Submit to your Stockbroker
  • Your Stockbroker will process and deliver your Form to Coronation Registrars for direct crediting of your shareholding to your CSCS account.
  • It is a unique account number that identifies each investor in the Nigerian Capital Market. It is managed by the Central Securities Clearing System Plc (CSCS)
  • Kindly go to the Nigeria Stock Exchange website – www.nse.com.ng for the list of accredited Stockbroking Firms
  • Visit or contact your preferred Stockbroker for registration.
  • Right to receive dividends (if payable),
  • Right to receive key company information (e.g. Annual Reports, etc),
  • Right to attend Annual General Meetings or Extra-ordinary General Meetings
  • Right to vote and be voted for on certain affairs of the company.

 

  • Go to the ‘Download’ section on our website and click to open it
  • Click the Transmission Checklist Requirement
  • Provide all the required documents and send to our email.
  • Bring the hard copies of the original documents to our office for sighting.
  • For proximity and convenience, you can also take the original hard copies of the documents for sighting to the closest branch of Access Bank in your location
  • Once the documents are verified and processed, the Shares of the Deceased will be transferred to their Administrators’ Estate

 

  • As soon as the Court and the Bank confirm the appropriateness of the documents.
